Terms & Conditions – Customized Kaftans
The following Terms & Conditions outline the process and policies for all your expectations with precision and elegance.
Client Inquiry & Consultation: Once a client submits an inquiry via discovery phone call regarding a customized kaftan, we will schedule a one-on-one consultation meeting (virtually or in person) to discuss: The desired design, Fabric preferences, Color palette, Budget and delivery expectations.
This meeting ensures full alignment before moving forward. Following the consultation, the client will receive a detailed quotation based on the agreed-upon design.
Measurements
Clients will receive our standard measurement sheet via email. The client may either complete and return our sheet or request a guided virtual measurement session.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate production.
Preferred payment method: Bank transfer
Alternative accepted method: OMT services.
Production: Begins Once the deposit and measurements are confirmed, our atelier will begin crafting your kaftan using the selected fabrics and details. All work will be executed according to the approved design to ensure there are no surprises.
Delivery & Shipping: Upon completion, clients will be notified with final images of their piece. Once the remaining balance is settled, we will arrange delivery using a trusted courier service. Shipping fees vary based on region and will be included in the final invoice.
Cancellations & Refunds Due to the bespoke nature of each design, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once production begins. Modifications may be considered within the first 48 hours after confirmation.
Care Instructions Care details specific to your kaftan’s materials and embellishments will be provided upon delivery.
